Ingrediente:
1,5 kg carne de oaie tocata
1 felie de paine alba, doar miezul
2 catei usturoi
1/2 lingurita piper rosu macinat
1 lingurita piper negru macinat
1 lingurita seminte de chimion
2 cepe date prin razatoare
3 linguri apa
1 lingurita sare
1 legatura patrunjel tocat
Indicatii
Se inmoaie painea in apa timp de 10 minute, se sroarce si sa faramiteaza. Se amesteca toate ingredientele intr-un castron mare si se framanta cu mainile. Se modeleaza mixtura in ovale; se ung cu ulei pe toata suprafata.
Se frig cate 2-3 minute pe ambele parti (nu trebuie fripte prea mult caci se usuca), si se servesc cu felii de rosie, ceapa si bucati de ardei fripte pe gratar.
